Location wise, this part of Romford is great for families looking to settle in a friendly neighbourhood. Parklands Primary School is only a few minutes walk away and Lawns Park is under a mile away which is perfect for dog walks or play time with the children.

Romford rail station is just over a mile from the house and easily reached by numerous bus routes or car for anyone needing to commute into London. There’s also access to the Central line available via Hainault or Newbury Park stations.
